The Tail End Of Spring...
Happy Memorial Day everyone! As we reach the tail end of spring and the transition to summer, I wanted to share some landscape images from Ricketts Glen State Park in Pennsylvania. If you will excuse the expression, and the bad pun, this place is an Eastern landscape photographer's "wet dream". Seriously, we are talking a "Disneyland" for waterfall photography. Along Kitchen Creek in the park there are 22 named waterfalls, in addition to numerous unnamed, but still picturesque, small waterfalls and cascades. I'll share this teaser image of a beautiful triangle-shaped cascade in Ganoga Glen (one of two upper branches of Kitchen Creek) just above Ganoga Falls on a foggy early morning. There will be many more images coming over the next week, so stay tuned...
